Meet Our Founder
Andy Burger began his career in commercial real estate as an appraiser for CBRE in 2005. Andy’s experience became specialized in 2011 when he was named CBRE’s Northern California affordable housing valuation expert. He left CBRE in 2021 to follow his passion to impact his community and founded Endurance Housing.
Andy’s role with Endurance Housing is focused on site selection, acquisition, and pre-development efforts of affordable housing communities, preparing properties for new construction or redevelopment. He works closely with investors, third-party consultants, partners, and jurisdictions.
When not working to pursue Endurance Housing’s objectives, Andy can be found playing golf, trail ultrarunning, spending time with his wife, Emily, or watching his two daughters dance, swim, or perform at the local martial arts and gymnastics studios.
