Endurance at Auburn Ravine Family Apartments is envisioned as a 130-unit new construction project for Lincoln, CA. With a mix of two-, three-, and four-bedroom units, Endurance at Auburn Ravine will provide affordable housing for families earning up to 60% of the area median income.

The project is located just north of Auburn Ravine Park and will include three-story residential buildings with stacked units plus a clubhouse/office building. The buildings will be oriented appropriately on the site to create a community concept. The common areas and facilities will include an office, community room with a kitchen, fitness room, and a computer area, as well as a community garden, a covered picnic area with a BBQ and pergola, playground, ball court, and natural open space.

The type of construction will be Type V, wood frame supported by perimeter foundations with concrete slab flooring. This type of construction will allow the buildings to conform to the natural terrain with only minor amounts of grading. The exteriors are planned to be a combination of stucco and fiber cement siding. Accents will include decorative wainscot and wood outriggers, providing an aesthetically appealing exterior.

Construction is targeted to begin in Fall 2023 with completion by First Quarter 2025.

Pre-development due diligence is completed or underway including a preliminary wetlands assessment, biological constraints study, Phase I, conceptual site and building drawings, preliminary geotechnical survey, land appraisal, and market study, as well as continued discussions with City of Lincoln officials.
